1.2 “Receiver” refers to the person named as the beneficiary of the money transfer.

1.3 “Sender” refers to the person who initiated a money transfer through the M Money Service.

1.4 “Service” refers to the remittance and related services offered through this application.

1.5 “Transaction” refers to the process of sending or receiving funds through M Money services.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Any materials contained in this application, including but not limited to, messages, content, pictures, photos, information tables, exchange rates (if any), trademarks, graphics, audios, design of the application screen, user-interface, programs, or software included are owned by M Money or the respective owner.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This application is provided for disseminating exchange rate information and facilitating international remittance only. M Money does not offer recommendations or legal advice, including trading or investment recommendations, nor will M Money be liable for any actions resulting from the use of this application.

The application is provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees or warranties of any kind. M Money does not guarantee that the application will be free of defects, viruses, or errors.

4. User Identification (User ID) and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password. M Money is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this responsibility.

5. Violation of Terms and Conditions of Use

M Money reserves the right to terminate your access to the application without prior notice for any violations. You may also be held liable for damages resulting from such violations.

6. Services

6.1 M Money provides over-the-counter services for remittance and other services.

6.2 M Money reserves the right to modify or terminate any services provided through the application at any time without notice.

7. Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Terminate Services

7.1 M Money reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any user engaging in activities that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions;
• Are fraudulent or illegal;
• Compromise the security of the application.

7.2 M Money may suspend services in cases of system maintenance or force majeure events.

8. Force Majeure

M Money is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to acts beyond its control, such as natural disasters or system outages.

9. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Actions

M Money is not responsible for losses or damages caused by third parties such as banks or internet service providers.

10. Representations and Warranties of the Customer/User

10.1 Legal Capacity: You confirm you are of legal age and capacity to use M Money services.

10.2 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify M Money for any claims arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

13. Language

Any translation of these Terms is for convenience only; in case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
